Per-Container Default Useragents
I would love to have the option to set up my containers so that some of them have their own default useragent strings - so I could, for instance, setup a container that google apps tabs automatically open in, and then set the useragent string to imitate chrome, so they don't bring up "use this site in chrome" popups, and I can think of a bunch of other uses and benefits of such a feature.
According to your description I got impression that you ask a feature that is not related to a container but a link open in browser. :)
There is a set of Firefox add-ons that already have implemented this functionality. For example, I use User-Agent Switcher (but there are a lot of similar). It provide possibility to achieve what you expect and will work without MAC add-on. So if Google need to be informed that your browser is not Firefox then it will do no matter in which container it is open.
As well I suspect that MAC developers will never implement feature you requested. So if my advise will help you it would be helpful if you will close this issue. So others will have found this advise and do not create new one similar feature request.
I'm fully aware you can change useragent for your whole browser; I was specifically referring to changing the useragent per-container.
Bump. This would be a great feature.
