Be able to use different VPNs

I would love to be able to use a different VPN inside the containers beside Mozilla VPN. Is this possible?

+1 would love to use windscribe, alternatively we can do proxy per container, however I do not know how to add a socks authenticated proxy as a list.

have tried

socks5://:@<domain.com>: which is not accepted by the extension I have also tried socks://:@<domain.com>: which is accepted by the extension, but the credentials seem to drop off and in anycase the socks proxy is not being used.

I am basically using FoxyProxy with regex matching in tandem with multi-account containers so foxyproxy handes proxy and multi-account handles URL -> Open in container.

+1! Third-party VPN integration is really important!

And, unfortunately, proxy is not a solution, as the best VPN providers abandoned or plan to abandon that implementation, which really is not half as good as a good real VPN.

It would also be great if the extension didn't advertise VPN to me while it can detect that I am already a customer of Mullvad and connected to them.

And, unfortunately, proxy is not a solution, as the best VPN providers abandoned or plan to abandon that implementation, which really is not half as good as a good real VPN.

It's possible to run your own proxy servers that use the VPN providers for the internet connection.
