Sadly, this is impossible because Chrome (or any browsers based on it) doesn't support the ContextualIdentities API needed for this addon to work. You'll need to open a feature request on their bug tracker at https://bugs.chromium.org/.
Thanks for the heads up. I have entered the feature request. Myself, my entire team, and many of my customers could kiss Firefox COMPLETELY goodbye if they included this support.

It won't stop them tracking you since it's their browser and it'd be easy for them to work around your containers.
