Consider filtering visualization nodes with what is blocked with Tracking Protection

Since Lightbeam allows users to enable Tracking Protection from inside the web extension, it would be really cool to show them what kind of difference this makes by applying a tracking protection filter to the visualization.

Hi,

First time I saw this toggle button, I was not able to guess its function. My first thought was that it would apply a filter on the graph but it did not change anything. @biancadanforth comment made me realize that the button actually changes the Tracking Protection setting.

I think some kind of tip should explain what is exactly happening. As side note, I would prefer to have lightbeam filtering the graph than actually change settings. It would gave the user direct feedback on the usefulness of this option.

@jkt I'd love to get your thoughts implementation-wise on what it would take to add this enhancement to the visualization? Would it involve using a blocklist (in similar fashion to our allowlist)? What else?
