Add container and metric version hashes to exported metadata

Experiments use different container and metric version based on when their enrollment ended. It would be useful to export the container hashes and commit hash of the metric-hub version used as part of the metadata. This information could be displayed on the Experimenter side

This is on hold because it hasn’t been a priority. I still think we should do it but going to move it back to TO-DO for now.
