Admin Panel Google Analytics for Pro Subscribers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Hubs-Cloud users are accustomed to specifying a google analytics trackingID/tag in the admin panel which allows them to collect information on users joining their Hub at the domain specified in the AWS setup process. Professional subscribers to the Hubs managed subscription are able to connect a custom domain, but do not currently have access to the "Server Settings" tab in the admin panel which houses the form to specify a trackingID/tag.

Describe the solution you'd like Re-expose the trackingID/tag in the admin panel for managed subscription users with a custom domain. This feature would also be compliant with the new GA4 protocol (not the legacy UA protocol).
