Avatar Selection Auto-Refresh on Mobile iOS

Description When users attempt to "Change Name and Avatar" -> "Change Avatar" and select a new avatar, any users on mobile iOS safari will automatically refresh after selecting a new avatar.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter a hubs room on mobile iOS
2. Click on "More" in the bottom right -> "Change Name and Avatar" in the pop-up, "Change Avatar" in the side panel.
3. Select a new avatar. When back in the side-panel, click "Accept".
4. You should automatically refresh your session after a few seconds.

Expected behavior When Accepting the avatar change, the avatar should be applied to the user without any refreshing.

Hardware

• Device: iPhone 11 iOS Safari

Clicking on "Change Name and Avatar" triggered the refresh for me, before even selecting an avatar. Interestingly, changing avatar in the entry panel works fine.
