[Audio Debug] The Global settings remain set in Preferences even after disabling the panel

[Prerequisites]:

• Your Hubs Cloud stack is set up.
• Have a room created and opened.
• The Debug Audio Panel is enabled.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Change the Global settings from the Debug Panel.
2. Disable the Debug panel.
3. Navigate to Audio Preferences.
4. Observe if the preferences are set back to their initial value.

[Expected results]:

• The preferences are set back to their initial value.

[Actual results]:

• The preferences set while using the Debug Panel are set.
