[Audio Debug] The Max Distance setting can only be set to "100" even if the default one is "10000"

[Prerequisites]:

• Your Hubs Cloud stack is set up.
• Have a room created and opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Enable the Audio Debug Panel from Preferences.
2. Drag the Max Distance setting to a lower value.
3. Drag the Max Distance setting back to the highest value.
4. Observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:

• The Max Distance setting can be set to the default "10000" value.

[Actual results]:

• The Max Distance setting can be set only to the "100" value.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible with the Max Distance setting from both Avatar and Media sections.
