Snapshots and Live Previews don't work anymore with Hubs Cloud, even with fresh installation.

Hi everyboyd! Hope you can help me. I'm having a problem with Hubs Cloud AWS. My hub cloud doesn't show images on the UI. I tried to reinstall and create another Hubs Cloud template, but it is the new, with the same problem. I don't know how to make it working. I follow exactly the instruction and installed it in N.Virginia server. Some images works, but as you can see screenshots or previews doesn't work anymore.
