[a11y] Relay Dashboard clickable elements

All clickable elements should be focusable and should have interactive semantics. On the Relay Dashboard page, these elements are not focusable:

  • graphic "Firefox Account Avatar" [maybe this is a Firefox Accounts bug?]
  • pushbutton and graphic for "Reset"
  • section and graphic for the alias filter
