Add experiment publish status changes to Report generated when the experiment is over

As an experiment goes through a lifecycle, it’s Publish Status changes from Draft, to Preview and eventually Live. We should keep track of these changes as well as their respective dates and publish them to the final report when the experiment has been completed.
