[Mobile] Old or Cloned experiments without a valid feature configuration can still be launched to Preview and Live

[Prerequisites]:

• Have an older mobile experiment without a feature value saved in the branch configuration (eg. https://stage.experimenter.nonprod.dataops.mozgcp.net/nimbus/cbulzios-nimbus-test-experiment-max-version).

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the experiment page from prerequisites.
2. Observe the Summary page.

[Expected result]:

• No Launch to Preview or Launch without Preview buttons are displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The experiment can be launched to Preview or Live.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible with new experiments cloned from older ones where feature configurations were not fully set-up (eg. https://stage.experimenter.nonprod.dataops.mozgcp.net/nimbus/cmuresanandroidfirefoxqa-1494-05132022).
• The errors show up ONLY if the user navigates to the Branch configuration page and saves the page again.
• Attached a screen recordings of both scenarios.
