Summary pages with long branch configurations shift horizontally when scrolling down the page

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to any Nimbus delivery with a long branch configuration. (e.g. Firefox VPN)
2. Scroll down the Summary page and observe the behavior

[Expected result]:

• There are no issues scrolling the page.

[Actual result]:

• The branch configuration section resizes and shifts as you scroll.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible on multiple screen sizes, with larger resolutions having bigger shifts.
