Firefox Ios branch tracking for external integrations have been failing

It looks like the fennec (firefox ios) portion of our script external_integration_updater_script.sh has failed due to the latest version bump to 131. It seems we are checking the protected_branches within the repo for the next release branch, but I have been informed this is only done in a Release Candidate week. Let's update the script to check both types of branches for the next release branch for tracking and running tests against it.
