constants.py includes the following link, which seems broken: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/newtab/lib/ASRouterTargeting.jsm#526

My guess is that the correct link is: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/asrouter/modules/ASRouterTargeting.sys.mjs#539
