Have a bugbug UI page that resembles the quality report?

Currently the quality report notification carries a link to the bugbug UI. The there shown stats are interesting but quite different from those of the email.

This is - confusing?

We could:

  1. Just change the message in the mail to "Find more fancy charts at ..."
  2. Have a page that resembles the same/similar statistics
