Email language will not change

There appears to be no way to change the language of the email notifications. There is no such option in the settings, and the language is not updated after updating it in the Mozilla account (although it seems to be taken from the Mozilla account when signing up for Monitor).

Unfortunately this is correct - we currently use the language set in your browser when you signed up for your Mozilla account. To fix this and a couple of related issues, we will probably want to remember someone's last-used language and country, or indeed provide an explicit option to set it.
