Roll out updated /new/ copy and images to rest of languges.
Description
We updated /new/ with refreshed messaging and visuals for en-US and en-CA. The result was no regression in downloads, and a 2% improvement in engagement rate and bounce rate.
We are going to roll this out to the rest of our languages.

Notes: The en-UK copy can be used for translating. The copy doc also provides FR and DE copy

@slightlyoffbeat Why are FR and DE translations provided? We can't open the translations for all locales and exclude these two. 😵💫
Can we use the regular system for FR and DE to avoid adding extra complexity?

@slightlyoffbeat From a conversation with Flod on Slack there is no way for the websites or L10n team to input these. Presumably someone who has access to do actual translations could copy/paste them into Smartling.
I will work on this and update in Smartling and also report back to the translation agency.
