Clean out firefox/developer includes folder

Description

Some developer includes files are no longer in use: https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/pull/16007#pullrequestreview-2631273119

Success Criteria

  • [ ] Remove any developer includes files that are not included in templates
  • [ ] Remove any related CSS, images, l10n strings
