logins: Check desktop and a-s agree on http_realm semantics
As Ben mentions:
I don't think this is true anymore. In fact, the new fenix add logins code sets the http_realm field, but the intent is to use it for login forms. (This comment didn't change, but we might as well fix it up at this point IMO).

It's important desktop and mobile agree on the semantics here - if that comment was ever correct, I suspect it is still correct on Desktop, which means logins created on mobile might not be usable on desktop (and/or vice-versa)

I think desktop also ignores http_realm when selecting logins for autofill. Here's a screenshot where it suggests one login from a form submission and one login from a basic-auth submission (and of course I misspelled "Realm").

This raises the question: why use those fields for dupe-checking if they're ignored when selecting entries for autofill? Especially on Fenix, which doesn't display the extra line to distinguish them. It presents them as 2 identical entries. I'd love to talk about this one more once the dust settles from the current logins work, here's the doc I started about it https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pwqIXZ3YbiqkgJulFr3OKm5hChJVsZsbOeFdHRJgqoU/edit?usp=sharing.
