Tooltip's left edge is not visible at some resolutions

Flag rating or developer comment - tooltip on the left side is not visible between 500-600 px This is reproducible with a Xiaomi phone in landscape orientation - I've noticed it on Android too

I am wondering if this is a pre-existing bug? E.g. maybe because one of the strings is a bit too long? (which would also happen with some other locales probably)
