Hide reviews for old add-on versions from the user profile

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it:

  • As a developer, publish version 1 of an add-on
  • As a user, sign in and rate version 1 of the add-on
  • As the developer, publish version 2 of the same add-on
  • As the user, sign in and rate version 2 of the add-on
  • As the user, go to your user profile page and look at all the reviews listed

What happened?

You see two reviews for the same add-on, the one for version 1 and the one for version 2.

What did you expect to happen?

You should only see the latest review, the one for version 2.

Anything else we should know?

Some of the steps up above will not be possible after https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/11517 but it will still apply to users who have historic reviews for multiple versions.
