[Task]: Auto-approve add-on versions in the enterprise channel

Part of Enterprise Add-ons project.

Follow-up for https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/14849

Versions in the enterprise channel should be auto-approved and scanner actions (like flagging, auto-approval delays) should never be triggered for them.

Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Versions in enterprise channel are always auto-approved
- [ ] Versions in enterprise channel never have a due date, never end up in the manual review queue
- [ ] Versions in enterprise channels don't trigger any scanners actions
