[Task]: Review potential obsolete one-off tasks and delete them if they are no longer needed

Description

We have the following tasks registered through the adhoc queue:

• olympia.translations.tasks.update_outgoing_url
• olympia.versions.tasks.delete_list_theme_previews
• olympia.versions.tasks.hard_delete_versions
• olympia.activity.tasks.create_ratinglog
• olympia.files.tasks.extract_host_permissions
• olympia.lib.crypto.tasks.bump_and_resign_addons

They also have some associated commands to trigger them. We should review them to see which ones are no longer needed and delete those.
