'Edit reply' option should be hidden when a former owner/developer is viewing his reply to a review

STR:

1. As an add-on developer, add a new User as an owner/developer of your add-on
2. In a separate window, log in with the new User and leave a reply to a review
3. With the main owner, remove the second User from the add-on contributors list
4. Go back to the separate window where the other User is logged in and refresh the page
5. Go to the review listing where you can see the review reply you had made previously.

Actual result: An Edit reply button is still present present for reply you had made but the removed User doesn't have permissions to perform any updates at this moment.

Expected result: The Edit reply option should be hidden for a response posted by a former add-on contributor

Notes:

• the removed User should be able to Delete his reply - this is allowed currently
• reproduced on AMO -dev and stage with FF63, WIn10x64
