Number of lines in the codeoverview does not match the number shown on screen

Followup for https://github.com/mozilla/addons-code-manager/issues/1623#issuecomment-649533840

STR:

  1. Load a compare page in code manager which contains modified lines
  2. for such a file the overview has 36 lines yet the diff shows 31 lines. If I click line 36 in the overview - there is no response.
