Projects created from GLB files do not have the 3dot menu and can not be deleted

[Affected Versions]:

• Firefox Release 88.0.1
• Chrome 90.0.4430.212

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Make sure to have a GLB scene uploaded to the projects page.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Go to "https://hubs.mozilla.com/spoke/projects".
2. Try to delete the project created from the GLB file.
3. Observe the UI.

[Expected results]:

• The 3dot menu is available and the project created from the GLB file can be deleted.

[Actual results]:

• The 3 dot menu is not available and the project created from the GLB file can not be deleted.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible in both hubs cloud and hubs.mozilla.com
