Docker image setup from Dockerhub?

Is there somewhere an understandable tutorial on how to get the Docker image from Dockerhub up and running. Everything I have found so far is incomprehensible to me.

Same here.

As every self-hoster, I am willing to invest time to get the container up and running and to do migration steps, if required (hopefully not too many). But the current process still requires to fiddle around with the image which is really too much for me.

Also interested in a guide with a docker image incl. migration from old sync server.

I found my way back here, after I had tried to install in docker but failed to make it work. As I forgot that I already have commented here, I started reading my own text and greatly agree just to notice it was me. Funny and sad in the same time, because it means I am running in circles and nothing has changed since then.

To be more precise: Is there any quick overview of architecture? Why is the mozilla-rust-sdk not in the image? What does "available at /vendor/mozilla-rust-sdk" mean? Where in the internet should this link point to? And I fail to understand why there is google tech involved. For what we need OAuth? Could someone explain the 4th point in docker instructions to me? I am confused.
