Haywire message suggests taking a shot of a different page

Our generic haywire message is "We’re not sure what just happened. Care to try again or take a shot of a different page?"

Suggesting that the user take a shot of a different page seems weird to me. Wontfix if I'm the weird one! :cactus:

LOL it is kind of weird to me too. Because I do not know the possible reasons why this could occur or have ever seen the page, I don't have many specific suggestions in mind but hopefully, the below can give you ideas:

Usually error states

1. inform users what they're see (an error) and why they are seeing it (the reasons why)
2. delight (funny image to make them feel better)
3. actions they could take to overcome or escape the error - a "Try again" call to action button instead of just plain text, option to go back, report the problem, contact someone?
