RTL-ify and l10nify onboarding images

This is a bit tricky, but our onboarding tour has a few issues:

The browser is presented in LTR layout
Strings in images are in EN

Not sure precisely how we'd fix this without reworking the images with some html displayed absolutely over top.

Is this still relevant? The image on the onboarding tour for RTL locales seems fine to me.

There's an issue that the Screenshots icon is reversed (scissors should point to the other way) everywhere except for this image, as it is already reversed, but this is another issue. If I didn't missed something, this bug can be closed.

Edit: If #4260 is not relevant, this bug should cover reverting back the mirroring of the image on the onboarding tour.
