MaxAgeOfPingInDays is too low

The MaxAgeOfPingInDays setting is currently 10 days. This means that users who infrequently use Firefox (> 10 days) will be excluded from submitting Telemetry.

The Telemetry endpoint is extremely reliable. It would be very exceptional if a ping cannot be delivered eventually. I therefore suggest to change this default to 42 days / 6 weeks. This is a value larger than our MAU range.

Check what mozilla-mobile/telemetry-android is using.
