Flicker of the virtual keyboard when rapidly tapping on navigation bar in a new tab

Steps to reproduce

1. Open RB browser and tap on the tabs tray button.
2. Tap on the navigation bar.

Expected behavior

• No flicker present
• Text "Search or enter address" is displayed

Actual behavior

• The about:blank text is removed, a flicker of the keyboard is present and text "Search or enter address" is displayed.

Device information

• Android device: Samsung Galaxy S9 (Android 8)
• Reference Browser version: RB
