[Bug] After a page refresh on a twitch stream live video, the video does not restart playing

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open browser and go to twitch.tv.
  2. Choose one of the recommend live stream.
  3. Refresh the page.

Expected behavior

  • The video starts playing after refresh.

Actual behavior

  • A big play icon and "Tap to play" text, in comparison with the player, is displayed.

Device information

  • Android device: Google Pixel 3 XL (Android 9)
  • Reference Browser version: RB 1.0.2019 (Build #21260606) GV: 77.0a1-20200503093615

Hi, issue is still present on RB 1.0.2020 (Build #21330604) GV: 78.0a1-20200509091423 with Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 7).
