Toolbar visual issues when all the available addons are being installed

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the menu ->Addons.
2. Install all the available addons.
3. Open a page and check the toolbar.

Expected behavior

No visual issues are displayed.

Actual behavior

Privacy and tab counter icons have position changed, and also have no space between them.

• Android device: Samsung Galaxy S9 (Android 8), Nokia 6 (Android 7.1.1)
• Reference Browser version: Build created from master with GV: 77.0a1 -20200413034542
