Add TTS option to Reader mode and also support TTS through Adddons

I tried to use some TTS addons and they don't seem to support the Android version of Firefox.

Please support TTS for addons.

As for the reader, please add a TTS option so that we can listen to the articles with the voices on the one's phone. One should be able to select the voice which one wants to use. Also unlike the PC version once TTS is turned on double clicking on a sentence should switch to speaking that sentence instead of opening copy etc menu. This is how most android TTS apps do sentence selection. Maybe have a play pause button on the bottom. Ofcoure there needs to be an option for selecting the speed, pitch etc.
