`target="_blank"` links don't open in PWA

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a PWA to the home screen. The one I used: https://2047.jasonhk.app/.
  2. Long click any links with target="_blank".

Expected behavior

  • The link was open in custom tab or browser.

Actual behavior

  • The link wasn't open.

Device information

  • Android device: Samsung Galaxy A9 (Android 9)
  • Reference Browser version: 1.0.2006
