"Background services error" While firewall is deactivated on windows 11
Describe the bug The VPN is unable to connect to any server and i get a "Background Service error" Despite my firewall green lighting it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the service 6 times and have reset my network settings twice to no avail. the issues stem from wireguard being unable to create a tunnel but i am not an expert on this sort of thing. This has been going on for a day and i have been using this software for a year now. I am not sure how this started but it was very recent as i use it almost daily.
VPN version: 2.23.1 (2.202406271914)
Affected Platforms: Windows 11
Prerequisites: N/A
Steps to reproduce: Pressing the vpn on button and waiting for a variable amount of times, sometimes its a minute or 2 and sometimes its instant.
Expected result: VPN turns on and works as expected and advertised
Actual result: VPN never activates and will occasionally send a notification saying background service issues are at fault
Additional notes: Logs: Sending an excerpt as they are all the same just with diffrent timestamps
