[QT] Contact us text-field text can be moved

Important details:

• Reproducing for both logged in/out users;
• Not reproducing on other text fields;
• Reproducing on QT build only;

Version/build found in:

• 2.21.0 (2.202403042251);

Reproducible on:

• Android 10;

Prerequisites:

• Have the Mozilla VPN client installed;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Get Help;
2. Click the “Contact us” option
3. Type something in the text field;
4. Drag the cursor;
5. Observe the behavior;

Expected result:

• The cursor cannot be dragged.

Actual result:

• The text and cursor can be moved around the back of the contact us fields. !eRecorder_95725.mp4|width=720,height=1280!

The issue is also reproducible on Windows 10/11, while using the 2.22.0 (2.202404051630) build. Hover over the Description field and scroll up/down => the description text can be moved .

We were able to reproduce the issue on MacOS as well, using a magic mouse. See below screen record.

The issue is also reproducible on Linux, using QT build 2.22.0 (2.22.0~build20240418-static1);
