[Linux] Extra spacing and vertical scroll on Reset VPN screen

Important details:

• This might be a QT issue, as it is not reproducing on the rest of the platforms

Version/build found in:

• 2.21.0 (2.21.0~build20240212-mantic1);

Reproducible on:

• Linux Mantic;

Prerequisites:

• Have an account with an active subscription for Mozilla VPN;

• Have the Factory reset feature flag enabled

• Be signed in;

• Be in Get help screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the Reset VPN button.
2. Observe the screen.

Expected result:

• There are no UI/layout issues.

Actual result:

• There is extra spacing between lines of text.
• There is not enough space between the last bullet and the next paragraph
• There is a vertical scroll.
