Disconnecting button Takes a long time

Describe the bug When you have a bad/slow Internet connection, pressing disconnect, the app does not respond then only after some time will disconnect you.

This is due to "disconnect" being a task normally queued.

VPN version: All

Affected Platforms: All

Prerequisites: Connect, with a super slow connection. Background the app to accumulate some tasks. Re Open, Press disconnect.

Reproduces easy on stage but also on release.

Steps to reproduce: <Please fill this in>

Expected result: The UI should respond immediately to the disconnect request. Better, we should disconnect immediately.

Actual result: Pressing the button does nothing, after 10s you are disconnected.
