Mozilla VPN causes audio cut off when Android screen is off

Describe the bug When Mozilla VPN is on, and it has not manually been set to have unrestricted battery access, background audio in Android regularly cuts out.

n.b. I also suspect this is the root cause of ~15 minute delayed notifications on Android.

VPN version: 2.16.0

Affected Platforms: Android - verified on Samsung S22 Ultra.

Prerequisites: May be more prevalent on some devices - Samsung seems to be particularly aggressive with battery optimizations.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Turn on Mozilla VPN (without having manually set unrestricted battery access).
  2. Play audio from any app.
  3. Turn off the screen.

Expected result: Background audio on Android should continue playing.

Actual result: Background audio cuts out.
