Device loses internet connection when VPN is turned On

Open JKingZapata opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Description User has been experiencing internet connection issues when VPN is turned On since V 2.8 and issue persists with V 2.12. Tried basic troubleshooting (reinstalling client, checking firewall settings, resetting device network settings). User confirms they have no antivirus soft installed. They have the VPN installed on another device that is connected to the same network and does not have the same issue.

Does it impact functionality or aesthetics? Yes Does this endanger users? What would be compromised and how likely is the threat? No How annoying is this for affected users? (Think about how much 'in the way' this is, relative to what the user is trying to do) Yes Does it degrade the user experience significantly? Yes Is it legally sensitive? No

Centrality Is it on a core user journey or on a secondary one? Core journey
