Small UI issue for the status indicator

Mozilla VPN affected versions:

• 2.10.0 (2.202209200415);

Platform tested:

• Mac OS 10.15;

Prerequisites:

• Be logged in with an account with subscription for Mozilla VPN;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn the VPN ON;
2. Observe the status indicator from traybar;

Expected results:

• There are no UI or layout issues for the app icon;

Actual results:

• Mozilla VPN icon has a small UI issue caused by the status indicator;

Notes:

• Not reproducing for the VPN off status indicator - empty circle;
• Not reproducing on MacOS 11/12;
