Extra text displayed in the empty Messages screen at refresh

Mozilla VPN affected versions:

• 2.10.0 (16633280);

Platforms:

• Android 10;

Prerequisites:

• Be in Mozilla VPN - Messages;
• Have all messages deleted;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Tap multiple time the message icon from the nav bar;
2. Observe the top-right corner of the page;

Expected results:

• There are no UI or layout issues;

Actual results:

• A weir text is displayed under the Edit label at refresh;

Notes:

• not reproducing on other platforms;
