“Try again” button from “Error submitting your support request” screen is not working

Affected versions:

  • 2.10.0 (2.202209161150);

Tested Platforms:

  • All;

Prerequisites:

  • Have Mozilla VPN app installed and opened;

  • Have a Fx account with an active subscription for Mozilla VPN;

  • Be signed in;

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Settings - Get help - Contact support form;
  2. Complete all the mandatory fields;
  3. Disconnect from the internet;
  4. Click on the “Submit” button;
  5. Reconnect to the internet;
  6. Click on the “Try again” button;
  7. Observe the behavior;

Expected result:

  • The user is redirected to the Contact support form;

Actual result:

  • Nothing happens. The button is not working;

Notes:

  • Reproducible for unauth users as well, while being in the “Error submitting your support request” screen;

  • See the attached video and logs;
