Copyright statement in LICENSE.md is incorrect

At the moment, the license text starts with this phrase: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/mozilla-vpn-client/blob/4742832c7c7d0616e12c215ca7b1e64540975b20/LICENSE.md?plain=1#L4-L6

The "with copyright belonging to the Mozilla Foundation" part there is probably not correct, as this project welcomes outside contributions and does not appear to use a contributor license agreement (CLA) assigning copyright to Mozilla Foundation.

Could this situation be clarified, and/or should that sub-clause dropped from the license text?
