Profile picture is not displayed in the VPN

Affected versions:

• 2.10.0 (2.202207271520);

Tested Platforms:

• MacOS 11.6;

Prerequisites:

• Have a FxA account with an active subscription;
• Have a profile image set for the FXA account;
• Have Mozilla VPN installed (+Treeherder+) and opened;
• Be signed in;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the settings icon in the upper right corner and observe the profile picture displayed next to the user name and email address;

Expected result:

• Profile picture is correctly displayed, into circle format.

Actual result:

• A blank space is displayed instead of the profile picture.

Notes:

• Reproducible for every screen where the profile image should be displayed (“Profile” view, “Contact support” screen);
