[Regression] Small overlay passing the right margin of the window

Affected versions:

• 2.9.0 (2.202207142135);

Affected Platforms:

• Windows 10;

Prerequisites:

• Have a FxA account with an active subscription for Mozilla VPN;
• Have VPN installed;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the VPN app;
2. Move it to a secondary screen;
3. Observe the right side of the app window;

Expected result:

• No display issues;

Actual result:

• There is a small overlay passed the right margin of the window;

Verified as fixed on Mozilla VPN v2.10.0 (2.202210111527) on Windows 10.

The issue is no longer visible, nether on the primary screen, not on the secondary or third ones.
