Let's run the telemetry view and the post auth view when finalizing the auth flow

After the authentication, we have to complete several requests before showing the next view (telementry policy and post-auth). These requests can be executed in parallel, while the client shows the telemetry policy view and the post-auth view.

In this way, the user will have the perception of a faster application.
